Nicki is the CEO & Principal of Virtuosity Partners, where she partners with founders, business leaders, and venture capital firms as an interim talent leader and search partner to build high-performing teams. Prior to founding Virtuosity Partners, she spent more than a decade in talent acquisition across leading in-house and agency recruiting teams, with experience ranging from seed-stage AI startups to FAANG companies.
Jenna Homes
Search Partner, Technical
Jenna is a Talent Advisor specializing in technical recruiting, with over a decade of experience spanning Goldman Sachs, Amazon, and high-growth startups. She's built and scaled Machine Learning and AI recruiting functions from the ground up, and is known for designing candidate experiences that make even the most complex, high-stakes searches feel seamless. Jenna partners closely with leadership teams to solve their hardest hiring problems, bringing both technical depth and a genuine care for getting the candidate experience right.
Tiana Teunissen
Search Partner, GTM
Tiana brings both agency and deep in-house experience from her time at a hyper-growth Silicon Valley startup, where she helped scale the organization from 150 to over 2,000 employees. She is known for building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and partnering closely with executive stakeholders. Her background supporting GTM teams gives her a sharp understanding of what fast-growing companies need to scale effectively.

Nikki spent 6 years as an Account Executive in the fast-paced world of fashion, working with clients in New York and Los Angeles before transitioning into wellness as a teacher and Reiki master. Her unique blend of corporate and holistic experience allows her to connect deeply with people, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships - strengths she brings to every client and candidate interaction.
Mawulom Nenonene
Search Partner, Product & Engineering
Mawulom is a Talent Advisor specializing in technical recruiting, partnering with founders and leadership teams across pre-seed through Series G/H startups. His focus spans the full technical spectrum, from AI-adjacent and data roles to core engineering and product hiring, with a track record of filling hard-to-fill positions and building recruiting engines that sustain growth at every stage. Beyond recruiting, he designs scalable people systems across talent development, employer branding, compensation strategy, and people operations. Prior to his advisory work, Mawulom led talent efforts at several high-growth companies, often as the first head of talent, and spent half a decade as an engineer for the Department of Defense.
Sean DuBois

Sean was with Virtuosity Partners from 2021 to 2025. He took responsibility for filling highly skilled niche roles in finance, legal, and go-to-market functions. Prior to Virtuosity, Sean worked as a talent liaison and assistant within the entertainment industry, supporting celebrity clients such as Jane Fonda and Gerard Butler.
