Nicki Lopes
Founder & Principal
Nicki is the CEO/founder of Virtuosity Partners. She specializes in Executive Talent with an emphasis on VP/Director level searches. She also acts as interim Talent Leadership, working directly with founders and VC partners to hire ‘1st in seat’ roles. Prior to Virtuosity, Nicki worked in talent acquisition for several high-achieving in-house and agency teams for over a decade.
Jackie Jimenez
Research & Operations
Jackie has been with Virtuosity Partners since 2022, starting as a fractional Executive Assistant and quickly adapting to the business to operate in a research, sourcing and operations capacity. Jackie currently does full life-cycle recruiting on support roles, including Chief of Staff and Executive Admin.
Tiana Teunissen
Recruiting Consultant
Tiana brings both agency and deep in-house experience from her time at a hyper-growth Silicon Valley startup, where she helped scale the organization from 150 to over 2,000 employees. She is known for building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and partnering closely with executive stakeholders. Her background supporting GTM teams gives her a sharp understanding of what fast-growing companies need to scale effectively.
Nikki Ficchi

Nikki spent 6 years as an Account Executive in the fast-paced world of fashion, working with clients in New York and Los Angeles before transitioning into wellness as a teacher and Reiki master. Her unique blend of corporate and holistic experience allows her to connect deeply with people, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships - strengths she brings to every client and candidate interaction.
Mawulom Nenonene
Technical Talent Advisor
Mawulom is a Talent Advisor specializing in technical recruiting, partnering with founders and leadership teams across pre-seed through Series G/H startups. His focus spans the full technical spectrum, from AI-adjacent and data roles to core engineering and product hiring, with a track record of filling hard-to-fill positions and building recruiting engines that sustain growth at every stage. Beyond recruiting, he designs scalable people systems across talent development, employer branding, compensation strategy, and people operations. Prior to his advisory work, Mawulom led talent efforts at several high-growth companies, often as the first head of talent, and spent half a decade as an engineer for the Department of Defense.
Sean DuBois
Alumni/Advisor
Sean was with Virtuosity Partners from 2021 to 2025. He took responsibility for filling highly skilled niche roles in finance, legal, and go-to-market functions. Prior to Virtuosity, Sean worked as a talent liaison and assistant within the entertainment industry, supporting celebrity clients such as Jane Fonda and Gerard Butler.
